On this blog, I have mainly been focusing on the swedish pop industry but have now decided that I want to explore more music scenes to hopefully find new music to enjoy. And why not share these discoveries here on my blog for my followers as well? Last week, I attended Liseberg to see Kaliffa and the supporting band Jack Moy & Glöden. When doing research of these two acts, I realized that they release completely different kinds of music from each other. Which made me a bit confused because shouldn't the supporting act be something that would target the same target group who is there for the main artist?
Either way, for my sake it's always nice to be getting introduced to a new artist for me to possible start liking or even as simple as to find only one new song to listen to.

Jack Moy & Glöden is an indie rock band from Sweden. Jack Moy as the singer and guitarist. Sebastian Söderström on the bas and Zebastian Mattson on the guitar. The sound has influences from folk-pop and indie rock. Their debut single came 2011 called "Hummingbird", not long came got followed up by their debut album "All Alone On A Monday".
When doing some research, there's actual content out there in terms of numerous music videos, promotion videos/pictures for both the music but also for the booked gigs they have. Which is something that I think the pop music scene lack a lot of the times. The kind of music Jack Moy release isn't neccessarily what I listen to these days anymore, but could definitely have been something that I would have listen to back in 2010.

Capturing Sebastian Söderström when he was smiling was not a very hard task at all because he was smiling through the set a lot.

I don't know the name of the drummer but he looked very cool behind the drumset so I had to take a photo of him as well.

I feel a bit bad about not having as much to say about this gig. It wasn't really my thing of music and concert but I can assure you that the people who were there enjoyed what they heard. A lot of people in the audience were singing along, clapping and dancing to the songs. I even overheard a guy that was talking in the phone afterwards, how he was mainly at Liseberg to see Kaliffa but had gain an interest of Jack Moy and really liked their set.
