I've been in the Philippines 6 times by now and yet there's so much about the country I haven't seen. Sharing photographs from my trips to my second home has never been something that I've been good at because I always get overwhelmed by looking through them. There's always way too many photos for me to work on. Even more so because of the fact that my cousins always want me to photograph them. Which I don't mind but they just LOVE posing for photos so I end up having multiply photographs of each one of them by the same place.

I've now decided and told myself that I can't push forward my content from the Philippines anymore. Despite how overwhelming it can't get and emotional I get by watching through the photos. I will take my time with my content and post it as throwbacks under my category "Filipino Friday". This will be my third post from my trip earlier this year and I hope you will enjoy reading about my expereinces there!
In this post, I will share my photos from Vera falls in Bicol! My cousins in the Philippines wanted to show the fall to my cousin Anton and I. Going there was a bit trickty because the transport of options were a bit limited. My cousins wanted me to experience riding a motorbike/moped there. The thought of it made my very anxious and nervous because the traffic rules are not as strict as I'm used to in Sweden. Drivers basically go faster than the limit and passing each other whenever they feel like it's okay. After been trying to collect myself and getting the courage to sit on the moped, we were on our way!

The ride wasn't as bad as I first thought but it still made me super anxious. It was a very long ride to get to the fall but it was nice since we got to see more of the nature around us and how people live in the province.

When we got to the fall, it wasn't that much people there which was very pleasant since it usually it's very crowded at places I've visited. There was these lodges there where you could sit and put your stuff. We took turns to watch over our belongings. I walked around and took a couple pictures but was tricky because my equiment would get wet from the fall.

I wasn't supposed to be swimming in the first place because I didn't had my bikini with me but also because I was already feeling so anxious over getting there. But as my cousins always do, they push me really hard to try out new stuff and go outside of my comfort zone. Some times in the moment of it, I can get very irritated over it but in the end of the day I really appreciate that they go their way to push me to get more experiences.

A bit of less photos than normally but I wanted to make it plain and simple for this one. Thanks to my cousins for yet another day of fun! Spending time with you is always soothing for my soul.
Until next time, ingat!
