Tips: how to attend Lotta på Liseberg!
This summer season of Lotta på Liseberg is soon about to start! With this post, I thought I would share some of my favorite photos from last year’s season and tell you tips and things you should think about when attending one of the shows. Liseberg's page can be helpful with information of the show and things around it: https://www.liseberg.se/evenemang/alla/lotta-pa-liseberg/?activeTab=tab-2478

BEFORE THE SHOW
To start off, I would like to tell you that the tickets for all of the shows during the summer gets released at the same time so you need to get them quick and priority the shows you really want to attend. The tickets gets released already on Tuesday the 12th of June, 9am at Biljettforum which you can find HERE. The tickets cost 50kr per ticket and you are only allowed to book 4 at the time. The tickets to Lotta på Liseberg can't give you entrance to the park so you have to pay the entrance fee when you arrive. As for now, none of the artists have been announced yet but hopefully they will released them before the tickets go on sale. One tip when booking tickets are that you book the first tickets you are given because the tickets gets sold out VERY quickly. Better that you have one than none. If you don't get a ticket you are still able to watch the show by the standing area around the stage/seats. There is also a "last-minute" que by the stage, where the security gives out free seats if the ticket holders hasn't arrived in time for the last call.
Rikard Wolff and Lotta Engberg having a good talk with each other.
If you want to make a sign for the broadcast you are allowed to bring one, the producer of the show likes to have some signs shown on tv. Just remember don’t have too big sign because that will annoyed people around you and you won’t be able to show the sign as much as you might like. Also having too big sign might be a hassle later on.
THE DAY OF THE SHOW
If you are coming early to Liseberg, the artists are having sound checks during the day. The audience are allowed to see it outside of the closed area by the seats. If you are lucky there might be also an opportunity for you to meet the artists

Around 4pm there is a dress rehearsal of the tv show where the audience are allowed to attend. If something happens on the live broadcast, the footage they get at this rehearsal can be to used instead. Also at the dress rehearsal you are allowed to sit wherever you want, first comes served.
Anna Werner, Erik Mjönes and Ninni Bautista the great choir which is on set every Monday.
No matter how many times I've seen Robin Stjernberg, it's always a nice time.
The live broadcast starts at 8pm and the audience have to be on their seats by 7pm. If you are not on your seat by then, someone else gets it. Remember when I told you it’s better to have a ticket than none? The "secret" is, the ticket holders are allowed inside in the closed are to the seats earlier and if you notice that a better seat near you is still free by 7.10pm then you are allowed to change. But be aware, if the ticket holder comes only a couple minutes late they can still be allowed to get the seat so make sure you still have an eye on your own seat so no one takes it when trying to get someone else’s.
Tommy Nilsson singing "Öpnna Din Dörr".
If you want to be seen on TV, the tip I would give you is to have bright colours, have something that makes you stand out, smile a lot and clap along. The tv producers wants to show the tv viewers how much fun people are having on set, so the most happy people on set usually gets filmed.
LaGaylia Frasier putting on one of the best performances of that evening!
Robin Bengtsson, Shirley Clamp and Tommy Nilsson getting interviewed by Lotta Engberg.
If you like Swedish music and wants to experience a new way to experience the shows in Sweden, I highly recommend attending Lotta På Liseberg. I have a lot of fun memories from attending the shows from the past few years and it's a nice vibe on set. With this I also want to give my last tips which is to always be kind, genuine and calm when needed.
The most calm group of fans that I've ever experienced was Kristian Kostov's fans after the show.
The security at Liseberg are very good at their job, they are there to make sure everyone is safe and they are very nice people as well, so being on a good term with them and also with people in general gives you a better experience. After the show I also recommend staying put for a while since the artists usually comes out for a signing and to say hi to the fans on the left side of the stage.
(It can take a while for the artists to come out since the press makes short interviews and photograph the artists after the show.
Quest with background dancers - Link to their performance on the show can be found: HERE.
I wanted to try a new way to share my photos from Lotta på Liseberg, and I hope this will help you out in some way when attending one of the shows. Right now, I'm not sure if I will be able to attend any of the Lotta's shows this summer it all depends if I can be granteed photo accreditation or not. I will keep you posted and let you know if anything changes. If you have any questions about Lotta på Liseberg, or anything else that involves the music scene in Sweden, you are more than welcome to reach out to me and I will try to help you out as much as I can. If you decide to attend one of the Lotta på Liseberg or any concerts in Sweden, I wish you all the luck and hope you will have an awesome time!

Until next time, ingat!

Haha
